How to Get Help With Non-Emergencies

    • For help with non-emergencies from District Government services, start with 311. You can dial 311, submit a request on the DC 311 website, or use the DC311 app for iPhone or Android. • If your issue isn’t addressed by 311 or a request isn’t resolved, contact Ward 3 Constituent Services. The Councilmember’s team is dedicated to helping residents navigate city services. Visit mattfruminward3.com/constituent-service or call (202) 724-8062 to request assistance.
