CM Frumin to Join Public Safety Discussion at Upcoming ANC 3A Meeting

Councilmember Frumin will join the upcoming ANC 3A meeting on Tuesday, July 21, to facilitate a community discussion regarding the recent public safety incidents on Wisconsin Avenue.
In light of the recent domestic violence homicide and officer-involved shooting, the Councilmember and agency partners (MPD and MTPD) will prioritize this discussion at the start of the meeting. The agenda will cover:
- Public Safety Coordination: Updates on current MPD and MTPD collaboration, specifically regarding Metrobuses.
- Support & Resources: Information regarding Council-funded domestic violence support, mental health resources (including DBH and general support pathways), and assistance for those impacted by recent local events.
