Snow Response Update - Tuesday, February 10: Trash Collection and Constituent Services Our office continues to hear from a high volume of Ward 3 residents who are experiencing delayed trash and recycling collection and ongoing snow and ice clearing issues. Many constituents have now gone more than two weeks without collection, and many have submitted 311 service requests without receiving follow-up. Please know that our constituent services team is actively responding to every call and email we receive. We are continuing to elevate reported issues directly to the Mayor’s Office of Community Relations and Services (MOCRS), the Department of Public Works (DPW), the District Department of Transportation (DDOT), and other relevant District agencies to advocate for prompt resolution. We remain committed to ensuring Ward 3 residents receive the services they need and deserve during this extended snow and ice response.
